Neil Freund, of Nationwide, was wonderful to work with and treated us very fairly. We were given plenty of time to compile an inventory list with photos of burned items and find suitable replacements. Our case was resolved within a year. No complaints.

I have had my current policy for close to or over 30 years and this last January was the first time I had dealings with the agency other than when my bill arrived. I had a favorable experience when I did contact my agency/agent and would be happy to let others know about it.

Your service is great and your staff friendly and knowledgeable. It just seems that you could fight a little harder on all the rate increases for us senior citizens.
